The Rio Contest 2009 Edition

Many consider Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, the most beautiful location in the entire world. And they have good reasons to do so: fascinating nightlife, one-of-a-kind beaches, the Rio de Janeiro Carnival, culture, football and the list could go on forever. At TheRioContest.com you will have the possibility to learn more about this location, about its history, important tourist destinations, and many other interesting information related to Rio.

We will organize a 3-month contest starting from the 1st of November 2009 and ending on the 1st of February 2010. Anyone can participate in our contest regardless of sex, age or religion, no limitations whatsoever. All you have to do is to answer correctly to a couple of questions about Rio de Janeiro, about its history, the Carnival, general events and other similar issues (you will be able to find most of the answers in the texts on our website, and some of them on the internet).

Of course, no contest is relevant without proper prizes. Some of these prizes include discounts for apartment rentals, free golf tours, extreme sports sessions and of course money. The person which, by the end of the contest, will place 1st is gong to win the big prize : he(or she) will have the opportunity to live in a luxurious apartment for 10 days during the famous Rio de Janeiro Carnival.
